       张力,四川大学南亚研究所教授,历史学博士,国际关系专业(现当代国际安全方向)博士生导师,中国南亚学会常务理事,国家社科基金项目评审专家。英国牛津大学圣安东尼学院(1987-1989)、印度尼赫鲁大学国际关系学院(1998-1999)、香港大学亚洲研究中心(2002)、瑞典安全与发展政策中心(2007-)、美国史汀生中心(2012-2013)访问学者/客座研究员。研究领域包括中国与南亚战略互动、中印关系、恐怖主义与非传统安全、中国周边外交、国际安全与冲突控制等。承担《中印领土争端及其解决前景》《南亚恐怖主义与反恐问题》《恐怖主义与周边安全》《美国“亚太再平衡”背景下中印美三边关系》《21世纪中印关系发展及影响因素》等多项国家社科基金项目和教育部基地重大项目。用中英文在国内外发表专著7部、论文200余篇,代表性论著包括:《南亚冲突管控:中国的利益、认知与影响》(To Manage Conflict in South Asia: China's Stakes, Perceptions and Inputs)《中印关系:战略接触与挑战》(China-India Relations: Strategic Engagement and Challenges)《印度崛起及其影响:中国视角》(India's Rise and Implications: A Chinese Perspective)《世纪之交的中印关系与发展趋势》《“9.11”事件后美国反恐战略对南亚安全格局的影响》《后冲突时期的阿富汗:稳定与重建》《印度总理尼赫鲁》《国际反恐怖主义与南亚地区安全》《印度洋安全与中印关系》等。


      Zhang Li is professor of international relations at The Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University of China. His expertise covers China’s neighborhood diplomacy, China-South Asia/Central Asia strategic links, and Asia-Pacific security and conflict prevention. He holds a PhD in international politics and is, as visiting fellow, affiliated with several leading global research institutes, including Henry L. Stimson Center(USA), St. Antony’s College, Oxford University(UK), SIS at Jawaharlal Nehru (India), and The Institute for security and Development Policy(Sweden). He writes in both English and Chinese and authors several books and many journal articles/book chapters.
