    戴永红,四川乐山人,四川大学国际关系学院 教授/博士生导师,博士。四川大学缅甸研究中心主任,四川大学环孟加拉湾研究项目主任,中国南亚学会理事,任职国家教育部人文社科重点研究基地四川大学南亚研究所、四川大学中国南亚研究中心、四川大学中国西部边疆安全与发展协同创新中心,华中科技大学国家治理研究院客座教授。

   长期从事南亚与东南亚问题研究。1993-1997在南亚和东南亚从事国际工程承包与国际贸易,负责世界银行和亚洲开发银行贷款项目的招投标和项目管理;2006-2011先后在加拿大的英属哥伦比亚大学和和卡尔加里大学访问进修,从事能源矿业国际合作与公司金融研究;并在加拿大能源跨国公司和证券公司从事能源投资分析。2014年5月-11月在瑞典安全与发展政策研究所访学,从事“一带一路”、“两廊两洋”战略及大国在缅甸的博弈研究;2016年2-3月应邀赴缅甸仰光大学国际关系系讲学,为研究生开设“一带一路”与中国外交”课程。2016年10-11月作为四川省委宣传部推荐的两名专家参加由中宣部在复旦大学举办的“讲好中国故事”培训班;2017年5月14日作为四川大学专家参加北京“’一带一路’国际合作高峰论坛”。

   现研究与教学领域主要是国际关系(大国关系、地缘政治战略与能源安全战略)、世界经济(能源合作、企业国际化)、国际贸易(贸易摩擦)和国际金融(公司金融)等。

    出版学术专著8部、参编学术著作8部、发表学术论文100余篇。主持国家社科基金重大项目1项(《环孟加拉湾沿岸国家安全格局对我实施“一带一路”战略的影响研究》),国家社科基金2项(《中印关系中的机制化建设与我国的应对》《构建中国两洋出海大通道战略支点视角下中缅中巴能源通道研究》)。主持教育部基地重大项目1项(《“一带一路”建设与南亚国家政党政治法律环境研究》),主持省部级科研项目10余项。赴美国、加拿大、法国、德国、瑞典、印度、缅甸、尼泊尔等近40个国家访学和参加国际学术会议30多次,其中与“一带一路”相关的国内国际学术会议共计20次。获得教育部二等奖(国际问题研究),四川省社科三等奖。

Before joining Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University, Prof. Dai has a good record of research and publication on international and regional cooperation, including legal affairs and management of overseas companies. He worked as trade representative for International Cooperation company, journalist & editor of international affairs for presses, manager of R&D and training in securities companies, vice president of investment company, legal advisor of law firms, business development analyst and project coordinator in energy MNC in Canada. He also visited and studied in University of British Columbia and University of Calgary in 2005 and 2008 respectively. Dr. Dai stayed at ISDP (Institute for Security & Development Policy, Stockholm, Sweden) as senior visiting fellow from May to November 2014, focusing on Geopolitics Strategy, Energy Strategy and Major Powers Game in Myanmar.

Prof. Dai had been working on international contracting & international trade in South Asia over 1986 to 1997 in charge of bidding and management of loan programs granted by World Bank and Asian Development Bank. In recent years, Dr. Dai has broadened his research to encompass international relations, world politics, regional security and crisis management, especially China-South Asia/Southeast Asia relations, Geopolitics in South Asia/Southeast Asia, and China-India-Myanmar Trilateral Relations.

Currently, Dr. Dai is a professor at Institute of South Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Sichuan University, a key research institute of humanities and social science in China. He is the author of several books and dozens of research papers and also the leader and coordinator of several national, provincial and municipal projects.
